Citizens Who Changed Residence Can Register Online at New Address, Ministry of Internal Affairs

The digitization of services provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs is a guarantee for raising the quality of public services. In this context, another process of the Migration and Citizenship Service has been digitized. The government of Armenia has approved and launched the platform mcs-register.am. According to this, citizens who have changed their place of residence and wish to register at their new address on a factual basis can fill out the application online without having to visit the office, without waiting in line or in a live queue, and without any paperwork.

With strict identification conditions, it is necessary to follow just a few simple steps:

• Log into the system by passing strict identification,
• Select the 'New Application' button,
• Choose the section for the factual registration application of the residence; the system will automatically display personal data,
• Verify and add the registration address,
• Confirm that you will be at the specified address in the following working days for a meeting with the territorial inspector,
• Finally, click save, pay, and send approval buttons, and the application will be in process.
