Trump's Reaction to Attack on Putin's Residence: It Will Not Go Unanswered
U.S. President Donald Trump and his advisers have informed Russian President Vladimir Putin about the results of their discussions with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. This was announced by Yuri Ushakov, assistant to the Russian president.
He noted that Putin brought Trump's attention to the drone attack carried out by Kyiv on his residence located in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
“Putin told Trump that the terrorist attacks against the Ukrainian state residence will not go unanswered. The U.S. president is shocked and outraged by the attack on the residence of the Russian leader by Kyiv. Putin made it very clear to Trump that Russia's position will be reconsidered in light of Ukraine's state terrorism,” Ushakov stated.
Ushakov added that the results achieved by Trump and Zelensky, in Russia's view, give Ukraine the opportunity to avoid its obligations.
