Romanos Petrosyan Issues Statement
At the damaged 110/35/6 kV "Vardashen" substation of HETC, final connections are being made for 23 new 6 kV cells, operational current ensuring their relay protection, necessary infrastructure, and new cable lines feeding the substation. This was stated by the temporary manager of HETC, Romanos Petrosyan.
“Hundreds of HETC specialists have carried out enormous work for about 44 hours, without a moment’s pause, completing extensive post-accident, assembly, and adjustment tasks to restore electricity supply as quickly as possible to all addresses that were cut off due to the major energy technical accident that occurred the day before. In the next 2-3 hours, the electricity supply distributed from the ‘Vardashen’ substation will be fully restored to all addresses. We ask for the patience and understanding of our citizens for the inconvenience caused,” said Romanos Petrosyan, temporary manager of HETC.
