Armenia and Turkey to Ease Visa Issuance Process: Foreign Ministry

In the framework of the agreements reached between the special representatives of Armenia and Turkey for the normalization of relations, the two countries have decided to ease the visa issuance process for holders of diplomatic, special, and service passports. This information comes from the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“Starting from January 1, 2026, individuals holding diplomatic, service, and special passports from both countries will be able to obtain an electronic visa (e-visa) free of charge. On this occasion, Armenia and Turkey reaffirm their commitment to continuing the normalization process between the two countries, aiming for full normalization without any preconditions,” the statement said.
