Still Powerless Addresses in Yerevan Due to Fire at Substation: HETC

The Armenia Electric Networks (HETC) has informed its subscribers that thanks to the intensive efforts of the operational repair team, power supply has been restored to several addresses affected by the fire that broke out early today at the "Vardashen" 110/35/6 substation.

Power has been restored in the following areas:
• Distribution Substation 26
- Partial power at Rostovyan Street
- Partial power at Atoyan Street
- Full power at Burnazyan Street
• Vardashen 6 Transformer Substation
- Streets 5, 6, 8, 9
• Vardashen 19 Distribution Substation
- Full power in Mushakan neighborhood,
- Full power in Erebuni blocks 1, 3, and 4
- Partial power at Davit Bek Street
- Power restored on Vardashen 12 Street
• Vardashen 3 Transformer Substation
- Partial power towards 28 Street
- Partial power at Nor Aresh Street, 7th, 9th, 48th, 46th, 42-22, 24 Streets
• Distribution Substation 104
- Partial power at Atoyan Alley
- Power restored in Erebuni 15/3, Erebuni Mall, full power in Sari Tag neighborhood, along with Atoyan and Charents substations, and power restored in Vardanants, Alek Manukyan, Kajanzyun, and Rostomi Streets.

In the coming hours, power supply will be restored to the following addresses:
- Partially at Sasuntsi David Street
- Partially at Rostovyan Street
- Partially at Muratsan Street
- Power to Loris Melikov Street
- Power to Kustoi Street
- Power to Davit Bek neighborhood
- Power to Gadget workers Street.

Previously, it was reported that the fire at the electric substation was contained at 00:53 and extinguished by 01:20. Property in the substation was partially burned over an area of 200 square meters.
