Cinema Faces New Challenges and Opportunities: Zhanna Andreasian

The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, Zhanna Andreasian, extended a congratulatory message on the occasion of Cinema Day, stating: "Today, in the context of a changing world and new technological possibilities, cinema faces new challenges and opportunities. In this process, it is important to promote creative freedom, unique thinking, and the involvement of the younger generation. We are confident that Armenian filmmakers will continue to blend tradition with innovation, creating works that will be duly appreciated on both national and international platforms."

The message further noted, "The Government of the Republic of Armenia will continue its support for the cinema sector, emphasizing its significance in the development of culture, international cooperation, and the promotion of cultural dialogue. This approach is also reflected in the legislative reforms and various support programs aimed at improving the cinematography sector and creating competitive artistic works."
