Black Ice Expected on All Roads in the Republic

On the night of December 28 to 29 and in the morning hours, black ice is expected on all roads throughout the republic. In Yerevan, dry weather is expected on the afternoon of December 28, the night of the 29th, as well as on the 30th and the night of the 31st. Snow is forecasted on the afternoons of December 29 and 31, January 1, and on the nights of the 2nd.

In several regions of the republic, snow is expected during the day on December 28, 29, 31, and January 2, with significant snowfall in most areas during the nights of January 1 and 2. On the nights of December 29, 30, and 31, dry weather is predicted. Winds will be northwesterly at 2-5 m/s, with wind gusts reaching 17-20 m/s in certain areas on December 30 and 31. On the afternoon of December 28, blizzards and low visibility are expected in some mountainous areas.

During the night of December 28 to 29 and in the morning hours, black ice is anticipated on all roads in the republic. The air temperature is gradually expected to decrease by 8-10 degrees, especially during the night hours on December 29 and 30, with a corresponding increase on the nights of December 31 and January 1.
