The Akhaltsikhe-Ninotsminda Interstate Road to Armenia is Opened

After snow removal operations in Georgia, the Akhaltsikhe-Ninotsminda interstate road to Armenia has been reopened for vehicles with trailers and semi-trailers. This was reported by the Road Department of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Georgia.

"Traffic has been restored on the Akhalkalaki-Kartsakh and Akhaltsikhe-Ninotsminda highways for vehicles with trailers and semi-trailers," the statement said.

The roads from Georgia to Armenia and Turkey had been closed since the morning of December 27 due to snowfall and low temperatures.
