Russia Extends Ban on Gasoline and Diesel Exports
The Russian government has extended the temporary ban on the export of gasoline, diesel fuel, and other fuels. This information is available on the government's official website.
According to the new decision, the temporary ban on the export of automotive gasoline outside the country's borders has been extended until February 28, 2026, inclusive. This measure will apply to all exporters, including direct producers.
It should also be noted that another decision has extended the ban on the export of diesel fuel, as well as marine fuel and other gas oils, also until February 28, 2026. However, this ban will not apply to direct producers of oil products.
The restrictions will come into effect starting tomorrow.
