Aghvan Vardanian, his Wife and Children Invited to the Prosecutor General's Office

Member of the National Assembly's "Hayastan" faction Aghvan Vardanian, along with his son, wife, and daughter, has been invited to the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia. A public notification has been issued to his son, Vahe Vardanian, his wife, Tzoghik Bejanian, and his daughter, Ani Vardanian, as well as to family member Varduhi Vardanian.

Additionally, Ruben Markosyan has been summoned to the Prosecutor General's Office regarding the same case.

On January 25, 2023, the investigation regarding the properties belonging to Aghvan Arshavir Vardanian was initiated in the Department for the Confiscation of Illegally Acquired Assets of the Prosecutor General's Office. According to Article 13 of the Law on the Confiscation of Illegally Acquired Assets, as of December 18, 2025, the competent authority will compile a summary of the results of the investigation based on the preliminary findings.

In accordance with Articles 16 and 17 of the aforementioned law, you have the right to appear at the Department for the Confiscation of Illegally Acquired Assets of the Prosecutor General's Office (address: 50 Tigran Mets Avenue, Yerevan) within one month from the receipt of this notification to familiarize yourself with the materials of the case, present your position, and submit a declaration.

It should be noted that the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia has not provided details regarding the properties in question.
