Temporary Restrictions Imposed at Orenburg's Orsk Airport

Temporary restrictions have been imposed on the arrival and departure of aircraft at Orsk Airport in the Orenburg region. This was announced by Artem Korenyako, a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency, on his Telegram channel.

Korenyako stated that this measure is necessary to ensure the safety of aircraft operations.

On the previous day, temporary restrictions were also implemented at Kaluga (Grabtsevo) Airport, affecting the arrival and departure of aircraft.

The 'Gorg' plan is a closed sky regime for all aircraft, mandating the immediate landing of all aircraft or helicopters in flight or their removal from designated areas. Such a plan can be activated for various reasons, such as sudden changes in weather conditions that pose a threat to flights, breaches of airspace by aircraft from other countries, or drone attacks.
