Russian President's Message to Aliyev

Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory letter to Ilham Aliyev. According to APA, the letter states: “Dear President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, please accept my most sincere congratulations. Under your leadership, Azerbaijan has achieved great success in the social and economic spheres and is consistently strengthening its positions in the international community. The relations between our countries are based on the solid traditions of friendship, good neighborliness, and mutual respect. I am confident that these relations will continue to develop in the spirit of strategic partnership and alliance, which undoubtedly corresponds to the interests of the peoples of Russia and Azerbaijan.”
