Russia to Insist on Key Changes to US Peace Plan, Bloomberg Reports
Russia will insist on key changes to the recent peace plan proposed by the United States, according to Bloomberg, citing sources close to the Kremlin.
The source indicated that Moscow views the 20-point plan developed by Ukraine and the United States merely as a starting point for further negotiations, as it lacks crucial provisions for Russia and leaves many unresolved issues.
It is noteworthy that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has publicly released the complete list of the peace plan for the first time. The peace plan, which has been under discussion by Ukraine, the United States, and Russia for the past two months, comprises 20 points. However, in addition to the main document, there are also separate amendments related to specific sectors.
