Black Ice Formed on Section of M-4 Highway Due to Waterline Accident

On December 23, as of 9:00 AM, black ice has formed on the 89-90 km section of the M-4 highway due to a waterline accident. This was reported by the Road Department.
All interstate and republican roads are open. Road construction crews are carrying out cleaning and salt-sand treatment works on the roadways.
