Besides Keeping Armenians as Hostages, They are Also Subjected to Torture: Abrahamyan

The health condition of Vagif Khachatryan, a 70-year-old man illegally held in an Azerbaijani prison, has sharply deteriorated, and he has been transferred to a medical facility. This was reported by Tigran Abrahamyan, the secretary of the 'I Have Honor' parliamentary faction, on his Facebook page.

'I would like to remind that earlier credible information was received indicating that Vigen Euljekchyan, also held in Baku, is in a very poor health condition. In addition to holding Armenians in a hostage status through illegal trials, they are also subjected to torture. This includes a lack of minimum required urgent medical care and not being kept in proper conditions. International organizations and actors, who endlessly talk about peace while actually exploiting the conflict for their geopolitical interests, continue to give a green light to Azerbaijani crimes with their silence,' he wrote.
