Black Ice Formed on M-4 Highway Due to Water Line Accident

On December 22, at 20:40, black ice formed on the road surface at kilometers 89-90 of the M-4 highway due to a water line accident. This was reported by the Road Department.

All interstate and national highways are open. Road construction teams are carrying out cleaning and salt-sand treatment work on the roads.
