Kremlin Seeks Collaboration with the US Regardless of Ukraine Settlement Process: Peskov

Russia and the United States could undertake joint projects, and this collaboration should not be tied to the resolution process in Ukraine, stated Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president, during a broadcast on First Channel.

He noted that Moscow is interested in such cooperation and does not link the two processes.

"The American side clearly considers the possibility of developing cooperation to be related to the resolution process," the Kremlin spokesman announced.

He added that during negotiations on the resolution of the Ukraine issue in Miami, the special representative of the Russian president, Kirill Dmitriev, is expected to gather information regarding developments taking place in the US and Europe to report back to the Russian leader.
