Zelensky Contradicts Himself While Talking About Holding Elections in the Country, Peskov Says
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky contradicts himself while discussing the possibility of holding elections in the country, Dmitry Peskov, press secretary to Russian President Vladimir Putin, told RIA Novosti.
The Kremlin spokesperson noted that the Ukrainian leader "contradicts himself a little" when he states that he will not allow anyone to interfere in the voting process.
“However, Zelensky has previously appealed to the Americans. This means that he is not against American interference, but he is against interference in the elections. He is contradicting himself and is confused in his statements,” Peskov said.
