Parents have reported that money is being collected for New Year's events in schools, and students are being compelled to play 'Secret Santa' in classrooms. As a result, City Hall officials have been visiting schools.

Sources learned from parents that in school auditoriums, without the presence of school principals and teachers, City Hall staff are holding discussions with parental committees and questioning several parents from the classes to understand the situation.
