Road Conditions in Armenia and Lars

The Rescue Service reports that the roads in Armenia are mostly passable. Due to reconstruction works on the Koryak gorge road and the risk of landslides, the road has been temporarily closed to traffic since August 19.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.

According to information received from the Emergency Management Department of Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
