Fortunately, Those Who Think Like Edmon Marukyan Are a Minority: Babken Tunyan

Babken Tunyan, a member of the National Assembly from the "Civil Contract" faction, wrote on Facebook: "Edmon Marukyan confidently claims that by purchasing fuel from Azerbaijan, 'the RA government and the ruling CP team have started to finance the army of the enemy holding Armenia occupied in the name and at the expense of the RA citizen.'

"Those thinking like Edmon Marukyan can also confidently assert that Azerbaijan is strengthening Armenia's energy security and also providing fuel for the equipment of the RA armed forces. However, those who do not think like Edmon Marukyan are convinced that starting trade in petroleum and other goods with each other, and developing economic relations is one of the best guarantees that the armies of the two countries will not attack each other.

Fortunately, those who think like Edmon Marukyan, who prefer to have a constant conflict with their neighbors and live in a blockade, are a minority, which will be proven by the results of next year's elections," Tunyan wrote.
