Responsibility Will Fall on Those Who Believed They Could Speak to Us in the Language of Force: Putin

The responsibility for not utilizing the chances to resolve everything peacefully falls on those who believed in the "language of force" against Russia. This was stated by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, according to RIA Novosti.

The Russian President mentioned that Russia has always sought to find diplomatic resolutions to contradictions and conflicts, even in the most complex circumstances and in the presence of minimal possibility.

“And the responsibility for not utilizing those chances entirely lies with those who believed they could speak to us in the language of force,” said the President of Russia.
