Hungary Lifts Its Veto: €20 Million Military Aid to Armenia
Ofelya
Hungary has lifted its veto on the allocation of €20 million military aid to Armenia under the European Peace Facility. This was reported by Ricard Yozvyak, a journalist and editor at the European website 'Azatutyun', citing his sources.
It is noted that a final decision is expected in January.
Additionally, the European Peace Facility was established in 2021 and is considered one of the European Union’s key instruments for providing military assistance to countries that are outside the alliance. Until recently, most of the funds from the facility were directed towards Ukraine.
