Change in Traffic Organization at the Freedom Square-Babayana Street Intersection: Details

Starting from December 19, there will be a change in traffic organization at the Freedom Square – Babayana Street intersection. This was announced by the Yerevan Municipality.

Specifically, the traffic lights, stop lines, and pedestrian crossings will be relocated towards the intersection near the newly constructed safety island. A pedestrian crossing will be organized on Babayana Street for traffic coming from the Northern Avenue direction.

U-turns will be organized on both sides of Freedom Square until approaching the intersection, while U-turns will be prohibited at the intersection on both sides of Freedom Square.
