Armenian Citizens Among Top 5 Recipients of Russian Passports

Citizens of Armenia are ranked among the top 5 recipients of Russian passports. This was stated by demographer Yulia Florinskaya in an interview with Izvestia.

She noted that in addition to Armenian nationals, the top 5 also includes individuals from Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

It is reported that from January to September 2025, a total of 110,800 people received Russian passports. This figure represents a 30.1% decrease compared to the same period in 2024.
