8 Billion Loan Taken for Arms Purchases and School Construction: Narek Grigoryan

We are purchasing weapons, laying asphalt, constructing schools and kindergartens, and building health facilities. These funds are generated not only through loan agreements but also without plundering or mismanaging the state budget of the Republic of Armenia. This was stated by Narek Grigoryan, a member of the National Assembly from the Civil Contract party.

He emphasized, “This money does not turn into mansions for any member of the Civil Contract party, nor does it create mansions for ministers. The leader of the party, the chairman of the board, Nikol Pashinyan, does not become a dollar billionaire who fears illegal property confiscation tomorrow.”

Grigoryan added, “Yes, an 8 billion loan has been taken; we have purchased weapons and constructed schools, also from state-generated funds. According to Grigoryan, no money has been stolen; this is how we have managed to buy, build, and will continue to do so.”
