Whom Will Arman Tsarukyan Face in the Title Fight?

Ranked number one in the UFC lightweight division, Arman Tsarukyan anticipates competing in a title fight during the summer of 2026 against the victor of the Paddy Pimblett-Justin Gaethje bout.

"I expect to receive a title fight in the summer of 2026. The opponent's name is still unknown, but it will likely be the winner of the Pimblett-Gaethje matchup," Tsarukyan was quoted by the 15th Region portal.

Pimblett and Gaethje will fight for the UFC temporary lightweight title at UFC 324, scheduled to take place in Las Vegas, USA, on January 25, 2026. Following that, according to UFC President Dana White, the winner will face the current champion of the same weight class, Ilia Topuria, who is taking a brief hiatus due to personal issues.
