Belgium May File Lawsuit Against European Commission, Says Belgian Prime Minister

He announced that Belgium might file a lawsuit against the European Commission if a decision is made regarding Russian assets that clearly violates the law and poses serious risks for the country. According to the Prime Minister, the possibility of filing a lawsuit in the European Court is under discussion.

Brussels expects to make a decision regarding the use of the frozen 210 billion euros at the EU summit scheduled for December 18-19.
