We Have Withdrawn the Motion to Change the Pretrial Restraint of Bishop Bagrat: Lawyer

The lawyer, Hovhannes Khudoyan, stated: “Dear friends, considering that the assembly of bishops, which was to take place from December 10-12, is temporarily postponed, we have today withdrawn the motion to change the pretrial restraint of Bishop Bagrat and requested to postpone the court session. The next court session will be on Thursday at 14:00.”

It is noteworthy that Bishop Bagrat was detained on the night of June 25-26. According to the Investigative Committee of Armenia, the members and leaders of the 'Holy Struggle' movement had planned to carry out terrorist acts and seize power in Armenia.
