Conditions of Detention for the Saints and Samvel Karapetyan are Average, Like Other Inmates, Says Tsovinar Tadevosyan

The criminal subculture undoubtedly exists; it has not completely disappeared. But let me ask you a counter-question: has the criminal subculture completely vanished from our society? This was stated by the head of the Penitentiary Service, Tsovinar Tadevosyan, during a conversation with journalists regarding the subculture present in prisons.

Speaking about the conditions of detention for the Saints and Samvel Karapetyan, Tadevosyan said, ‘They are held in average conditions, similar to those of other individuals deprived of their freedom.’
