The head of the My Step faction, Hayk Konyjyan, addressed a report by Hetq.am regarding his purchase of a private house in the village of Arinj, Kotayk Province, at a price significantly lower than the market value.

“They called the construction company and asked for the current market price of the house, then disseminated that price over my house, which I purchased a year and a half ago, and received an astronomical figure. They concealed the significantly lower market values posted on the construction company's Facebook page, which were offered to all buyers. Everyone knows that during construction, real estate values are much lower than after completion. I bought the property in accordance with market value, with a 20-year mortgage, in the village of Arinj,” he wrote.
