Trump May Abandon Ukraine Conflict Resolution Efforts: U.S. Representative

U.S. President Donald Trump understands how to pressure the parties in the Ukraine conflict to reach a peace agreement. This statement was made by Matthew Whitaker, the U.S. Permanent Representative to NATO.
