Today We Play the Role of a Bridge Between the East and the West: Aliyev

Azerbaijan has long determined its foreign policy priorities. At the same time, today we play the role of a bridge between the East and the West.

Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev made this statement during a press conference with Slovakia's President Peter Pellegrini, as reported by the APA agency.

“Today, our investments in infrastructure, connectivity, and transportation allow Azerbaijan to become an important part of the East-West transport corridor. We actively participate in the Middle Corridor project. The most reliable and secure route connecting Central Asia with Europe passes through Azerbaijan,” the head of state noted.
