Expired Document Regarding Wood Material Presented: Incident Disclosed

The Community Police Department of Kapan has uncovered another case of illegal logging. On December 6, while performing their duties in Kapan city, community police officers noticed that wood material was being unloaded from the bed of a parked 'KamAZ' truck on Shahumyan Street.

A 34-year-old driver from Kapan presented an expired document to the law enforcement officers. The vehicle has been moved to a designated secure area. The prepared documents have been submitted to the preliminary investigation authority.

Note: The suspect in the alleged crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty in accordance with the procedures established by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia, by a final court verdict.
