Changes in Housing Support Program for Families Displaced from Artsakh

The state support program for housing for families forcibly displaced from Artsakh has seen changes regarding the mandatory composition of a family in the application form for obtaining a certificate. This information has been provided by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

“Currently, family members who were minors as of September 19, 2023, but have turned 18 by the time of filling out the application form, will no longer be considered part of the mandatory family composition. Thus, they can now be regarded as separate families or individual family members. This provision also applies to family members who are recognized as missing by a court decision,” states a video released by the Ministry.
