Ukraine Will Have to Make Territorial Concessions, European Countries
European nations are increasingly inclined to believe that Ukraine will have to make territorial concessions to halt the conflict with Russia, reports the "Pais" newspaper.
The newspaper indicates that there is a growing sense of helplessness regarding Europe's role in resolving the Ukrainian conflict. It highlights particular concern among European countries about security guarantees, leading to a rising belief that Ukraine "may have to" make significant territorial concessions.
"In Brussels, no one, including Ukraine's European allies, publicly acknowledges this. However, this idea is beginning to spread quietly, seen as a lesser evil," the newspaper states.
