Request Sent to Terminate Contract for Former Constitutional Court Secretary's Family Land Plot

The Prosecutor's Office has sent a request to the director of the "Sevan National Park" SNCO regarding actions to terminate the contract signed on December 5, 2006, for a 600 square meter plot of land registered in the name of the mother of Norayr Panosyan, former Chief Secretary of the Constitutional Court, former assistant to the President of Armenia, and former head of the Ministry of Justice's legality monitoring department.

The Gegharkunik regional prosecutor's office has reviewed the contract signed on December 5, 2006, between the "Sevan National Park" SNCO and the mother of Norayr Panosyan, within the framework of protecting state (community) interests. The analysis has revealed that the plot, granted for development until 2031, is not being utilized for the intended purpose outlined in the contract.

Based on the violations identified during the evaluation, a report on the offense was submitted to the Anti-Corruption Committee. A criminal proceeding was initiated on November 28, 2025, with characteristics of official misconduct.

Simultaneously, the Gegharkunik regional prosecutor's office sent a request to the director of the "Sevan National Park" SNCO regarding measures to terminate the contract concluded between the SNCO and H.S.
