Current Armenian-Azerbaijani Relations According to Bayramov

At the 32nd meeting of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers held in Vienna, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated that Azerbaijan and Armenia are currently experiencing the most peaceful phase in their relations.
According to Bayramov, the relations between the two sides are now characterized by a more tranquil and stable situation. He pointed out the steps being taken at various levels aimed at advancing the peace process and highlighted that Baku, demonstrating goodwill, has lifted restrictions on the transit of goods to Armenia.
The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister added that the best way forward for both countries continues to be direct negotiations.
