Russia Is Not Conducting Negotiations on Ukraine With Anyone Except the U.S.: Ushakov
Currently, negotiations regarding Ukraine are being conducted solely between Russia and the United States. This was stated by Yuri Ushakov, assistant to the President of Russia for international affairs, as reported by APA.
According to Ushakov, the discussions are limited to Moscow and Washington, and at this time, no other negotiations are taking place. "The Europeans have refused all communications. Russia is not negotiating with European countries but is ready for such discussions," he added.
The Kremlin official also mentioned that the international recognition of possible agreements regarding Ukraine is currently being discussed between Russia and the U.S. "I will not address specific issues now. All these matters are subjects of negotiation, especially between the Russian and American sides," said Yuri Ushakov.
