Car Driven Over Fallen Citizen Leading to Death: Criminal Proceedings Initiated Against Two Individuals

Criminal proceedings have been initiated in connection with the murder of Boris Arzumanyan. The prosecutor's office informed Auroranews.am about this matter.

"Criminal proceedings have been initiated against two individuals (under Article 297, paragraph 2, point 1 and Article 155, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code) in connection with the murder of Boris Arzumanyan. One individual has been subjected to detention as a preventive measure," the department stated.

Recall that on the night of November 24 to 25, a dispute-fight occurred between a group of individuals at one of the addresses on Shoproni Street in Nor Nork, during which one participant intentionally hit 31-year-old Boris Arzumanyan, a resident of Yerevan, with the car he was driving. Law enforcement officials have established that the incident was a deliberate act, following a dispute and fight.

Additionally, it is noted that Boris Arzumanyan, who was hit by the car, has died.
