Black Ice, Fog, and Snow-Rain Mix: Road Conditions in Armenia

As of December 2 at 9:10 a.m., light snow is falling in the regions of Ashotsk, Artik, Ani, and Hrazdan, as well as on the road from Mirak to Aragats. Meanwhile, the Masis region is experiencing light rain. This information has been provided by the Road Department.

"There is spotty black ice in the Vardenyats pass and on the roads in the Aragats region. All interstate and national highways are open. The companies responsible for road maintenance are currently conducting snow removal and salt-sand treatment operations along the roads. We urge drivers to remain vigilant, strictly adhere to traffic regulations, and travel exclusively on winter tires," the department stated.
