U.S. Understands Russia's Position on Ukraine Resolution, Rubio

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has stated that the negotiations between the United States and Ukraine in Miami have been productive. However, he emphasized that a lot of work remains to be done to reach a resolution to the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

“It is clear that there is another side involved that needs to become part of the equation, and this will continue this week when the U.S. special representative travels to Moscow,” Rubio said following a meeting with the Ukrainian delegation.

Rubio added that the American side maintains communication with Russia regarding the resolution of the conflict and has a good understanding of Moscow's position.
