Ukrainian Drones Attack Internationally Significant Facility - Peskov

The press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, has described the attack by Ukrainian drones on the infrastructure of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) as an inappropriate incident, as it pertains to an internationally significant facility.

“In this case, of course, it is an inappropriate incident, because, as you rightly pointed out, it relates to an internationally significant facility and implies international involvement,” Peskov told reporters.

According to him, it is clear to Russia that Ukrainian drones have attacked CPC facilities. Peskov classified such attacks on critical infrastructure as a continuing practice. He also mentioned that he is not aware of any investigation regarding the attack on the CPC.
