Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin is currently informed about the missile attack on Taganrog.

Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that a missile fired from Ukraine was intercepted by air defense systems in the city area, with fragments falling within the city. The Ministry of Health reported 14 injuries. The Defense Ministry also stated that a missile was destroyed near the city of Azov.
