Snow in the Aragats Region: Emergency Service Updates on Roads

The Emergency Service has announced that roads in the Republic of Armenia are mostly passable. Due to ongoing reconstruction work on the Koreh Dzor road and considering the risk of landslides, the road has been temporarily closed to traffic since August 19.

Snow is currently falling in the Aragats region.

Regarding Lars, according to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Situation Department and the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations' Crisis Management Center in North Ossetia, the Stepanstavinda-Lars highway is open to all types of vehicles.
