Korea Gorge Road Remains Closed: Details

The rescue service reports that roads in the Republic of Armenia are mostly passable. Due to the ongoing reconstruction work on the Korea Gorge road and the risk of landslides, the road has been temporarily closed to traffic since August 19.

According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Management Department and the North Ossetia Crisis Management Center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Stepantsminda-Larsi road is open to all types of vehicles.
