They Should Not Be in Our Country: They Will Be Deported from the U.S., Says U.S. Vice President
In the wake of reports that an individual from Afghanistan, who arrived during the administration of former President Joe Biden, opened fire on National Guard troops in downtown Washington, D.C., U.S. Vice President Jay D. Vance stated that such individuals should not be allowed to enter the country.
"They should not be in our country; they will be deported from the U.S. I remember when I criticized Biden's approach in 2021, which opened the doors to unvetted Afghan refugees, my friends sent me messages calling me a racist," Vance wrote on social media.
It is noteworthy that a shooting occurred in downtown Washington, approximately 1.5 kilometers away from the White House, injuring two National Guard members, among others.
