Samvel Karapetyan Will Speak at 60, Says Ruben Rubinyan

“Today is a historic day. Today, for the first time, Samvel Karapetyan will speak,” wrote Ruben Rubinyan, the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, on his Facebook page.

“Generally, people start speaking at the age of 1-2, but Samvel Karapetyan will do so at the age of 60, which demonstrates his unparalleled patience. Indeed, we are living in historic times,” he added.

It is worth mentioning that the “Strong Armenia” movement announced that Samvel Karapetyan will deliver a speech titled “Speech of Change” today at Freedom Square.
