In the Last 100 Years, Russia Has Attacked 19 Countries: Kaja Kallas

Kaja Kallas has noted that in the last 100 years, Russia has attacked 19 countries. The head of European diplomacy emphasized that any peaceful negotiations must be based on fundamental principles, including respect for Ukraine's sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, and the right to self-defense.

“In the past 100 years, Russia has attacked 19 countries, about three or four times. And none of those countries has attacked Russia,” Kaja Kallas stated.

According to her, this serves as a key lesson for future peace agreements: we must ensure that Russia permanently ceases its aggression and cannot change borders by force.

Kallas highlighted that the situation regarding the war against Ukraine is clear: there is the aggressor, Russia, and there is the victim, Ukraine.
