What Will Be the Second Phase of the Agreement Between HAMAS and Israel
The second phase of the agreement between HAMAS and Israel will include the reconstruction of Gaza. This was announced by Qatar's Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani.
“The first phase only concerns meeting the essential needs of the people,” said Al Thani while speaking at a session of the World Economic Forum in Davos.
